Shipping Information
We want your Tsubaki Beauty experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery.
All orders are shipped safely with DHL Paket and include tracking information for your convenience.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Delivery Time
Germany: 2–5 business days
EU Countries: 3–8 business days, depending on destination
Countries outside Europe: 8–21 business days, depending on destination, customs processing, and local delivery services
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to the shipping carrier, customs procedures, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is carried out by the selected shipping carrier. While we cannot guarantee delivery times after dispatch, we will always do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues and carrier investigations when necessary.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel cannot be delivered, original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If you still wish to receive your order after it has been returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Customs & Duties
All prices include German VAT (MwSt.), where applicable.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. Details regarding the right of withdrawal and the withdrawal procedure can be found in our Right of Withdrawal policy.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned products must be sent back in their original condition and packaged securely.
If a returned item is damaged, incomplete, used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning, or has suffered a reduction in value, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.
Products must be returned with all accessories, gifts, samples, and promotional items originally included with the order.
Opened Cosmetic & Skincare Products
In accordance with §312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed skincare, cosmetic, or personal care products that have been unsealed after delivery for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
Therefore, once a sealed skincare, cosmetic, or personal care product has been opened, unsealed, or used after delivery, it is no longer eligible for return or refund unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or delivered incorrectly.
Sale & Outlet Products
Products purchased from Sale, Outlet, or promotional campaigns may also be returned within the statutory withdrawal period, provided that the products remain unopened, unused, and otherwise eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect the parcel and its contents as soon as possible after delivery and contact us at:

To help us investigate shipping-related claims efficiently, we recommend reporting visible transport damage within 48 hours of delivery and providing photographs of both the parcel and the affected product.
Delayed reports may make it more difficult to investigate the claim with the shipping carrier and may limit our ability to recover compensation from the carrier.
Please keep all original packaging materials until the case has been fully resolved.
We will review the case and assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier where applicable.

Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
In the case of a partial return, if the remaining order value falls below the applicable free shipping threshold, Tsubaki Beauty reserves the right to deduct the standard shipping charge that would have applied to the retained items from the refund amount.
This adjustment applies only to partial returns and does not affect statutory rights of withdrawal.

If a parcel is lost, damaged, or experiences delivery issues during transit, customers should contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist in investigating the matter with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues.
