Start by turning on the shower and adjusting the water temperature to a comfortable warmth (not too hot, as this can dry out your skin). Step under the stream and thoroughly wet your entire body from head to toe.

Dispense your preferred body wash or soap onto a washcloth, sponge, or your hands (or onto the loofah pad we discussed!). Work the product into a rich lather and use it to gently cleanse your body, covering your neck, torso, arms, legs, and feet.
Rinse Completely
After cleansing, rinse all the soap and lather off your body using the running water. Make sure no soapy residue is left behind, as this can irritate the skin. Use your hands to help rinse away product from hard-to-reach areas.
