- Glide gently upward and outward along your jawline, cheeks, and forehead.

Cleanse and Apply Facial Oil/Serum
Start with a clean face to prevent impurities from being absorbed into your skin.
Liberally apply a facial oil or serum to your face and neck. The tool must be able to glide smoothly over your skin without any pulling or tugging.
Start at the Neck
Hold the tool at a 15 to 45-degree angle (almost flat) against your skin.
Use the long, flat edge to glide from the base of your neck up to your jawline. Repeat this 3-5 times on one side, then repeat on the other.
Tip: You can also use gentle downward strokes on the side of the neck to encourage lymphatic drainage toward the collarbone.
Define the Jawline and Chin
Use the notched (curved) side of the tool. Place the notch around the center of your chin.
Glide the tool along your jawline, moving from the center of your chin out toward your earlobe. Repeat 3-5 times per side.
Sculpt the Cheeks
Use the long, flat edge or the curve of the tool.
Start at the side of your nose and sweep out and up along your cheekbone toward your ear/temple. Repeat 3-5 times per side.
Use very light pressure under the eyes, if desired, sweeping outwards towards the temple.
Smooth the Forehead
Use the long, flat edge of the tool.
Start between your eyebrows and glide the tool upward to the hairline. Repeat this 3-5 times.
Next, glide from the center of your forehead outward toward the temple.
Finish and Clean
Gently sweep the tool down from your temples to your neck and down to your collarbone to flush excess fluid toward the drainage points.
