To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for your withdrawal request to be submitted before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return Shipping Costs

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Customers may be required to provide proof of return shipment upon request.

Loss or damage occurring during return transit may affect the processing of a refund if proof of shipment cannot be provided.

Reduction in Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with §312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed skincare, cosmetic, beauty, or personal care products that have been unsealed after delivery for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Accordingly, once a sealed skincare, cosmetic, beauty, or personal care product has been opened, unsealed, or used after delivery, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal and is no longer eligible for return or refund unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or delivered incorrectly.
