Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Information

We want your Tsubaki Beauty experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery.
All orders are shipped safely with DHL Paket, including tracking for your convenience.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your parcel has been handed over to DHL.

Delivery Time

  • Germany: 2–5 business days

  • EU Countries: 3–8 business days, depending on destination

Please note: Delivery times are estimated.
Once the parcel has been handed over to DHL, any delays, damages, or losses become the responsibility of the shipping company.
Tsubaki Beauty is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, strikes, or other external factors.

2. Customs & Duties

All prices include German VAT (MwSt).
For deliveries outside Germany, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

3. Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer rights.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons (§312g BGB), opened skincare or cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Sale items and partial gift sets are non-returnable unless defective.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at care@tsubakibeauty.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged parcel and product

We’ll assist you in submitting a report to DHL so they can process the claim directly.
After this 2-day period, Tsubaki Beauty cannot be held responsible for damage or loss reported later.
Please keep all original packaging until the case is closed.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.

6. Responsibility Disclaimer

Once your parcel has been handed over to DHL or another selected shipping carrier, Tsubaki Beauty is no longer responsible for delivery delays, loss, or damage during transit.
All shipping-related claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
