Useafter bathing or before bedtime, when your heels are completely clean and dry. The product is specifically designed to remain onovernightand be removed the following morning.
How to Use:
- Remove the transparent protective film from the textured side of the flower-shaped gel sheet.
- Position the centre of the sheet directly over the rough or dry area of your heel.
- Press gently so the flower-shaped sheet adheres securely around the heel.
- Leave the sheet in place overnight.
- Remove it the following morning and discard. Each sheet is intended for one use only.
Avoid applying to wet or sweaty skin, as moisture can reduce adhesion. Avoid repeatedly removing and repositioning the sheet.

Use after a warm bath or shower, then thoroughly dry your feet before application.
