When to Use
Use after cleansing, on evenings 2–4 times a week, especially when your skin feels congested, textured, or your pores are filled with stubborn sebum and blackheads.
Perfect for: T-zone care, oily days, or before deep-cleansing masks.
How to Use
1️⃣ Prep: After cleansing, pat your skin dry — keep it slightly damp for better absorption.
2️⃣ Apply: Soak a cotton pad with the Blackhead Melting Softener and gently sweep across areas of concern (nose, chin, forehead, or entire T-zone).
3️⃣ Melt & Soften: Let the formula sit for 10–15 minutes.
During this time, Succinic Acid + PHA begin melting sebum plugs and loosening blackheads.
4️⃣ Wipe or Extract Gently:Use a fresh cotton pad to wipe away softened impurities.
If you use a pore extractor, do so lightly — the softener already did most of the work.
5️⃣ Follow With: Finish with hydrating toner, serum, and a light moisturizer.
If used during the day, always apply SPF as the final step.

Prep the Skin (Cleanse)
- Cleanse your face thoroughly and pat your skin dry. The product should be applied to clean, dry skin.
- (Optional but helpful: Some people use warm water or a warm towel on the area for a minute or two to help relax the pores.)
Apply the Softener
- Saturate a cotton pad (or one of the pads included in the set) with the softener until it is fully soaked through.
- Tear or fold the pad if necessary, and apply it directly to the problem areas (like your nose, chin, or any spot with visible blackheads/sebum)
Allow it to Work
- Leave the soaked cotton pad on the targeted area for 10 to 15 minutes.
- This is the time the ingredients (Succinic Acid and PHA) need to gently dissolve and soften the hardened sebum inside your pores.
Remove and Rinse
- Remove the cotton pad.
- Use a cotton swab, gentle scraper, or extractor tool to lightly push or sweep away the softened sebum and blackheads. Do not apply too much pressure!
- Rinse the treated area thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove any remaining product residue.
